Roxana Wang is a rising public international lawyer forging her path at the intersection of international development, multilateralism, and natural resource governance. At the University of Pennsylvania, she helped chart a path forward from one of the largest river restoration efforts in U.S. history, the Klamath Dam Removal, building a land and water management framework that reconciled tribal sovereignty, environmental urgency, and regulatory constraint. Consulting for USAID's mission in Bangladesh, she shaped tourism and conservation policy for the Sundarbans, aligning local communities, government agencies, and international donors around the survival of a fragile coastal ecosystem. At China International Communication Group, she stood at the frontline of Chinese diplomacy, briefing delegations from Nigeria, Timor-Leste, and beyond on China's development model; as Vice President of the Student Think Tank for Europe-Asia Relations, she built a coalition of 100+ young professionals across 40+ countries. A Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University, Roxana will begin her JD at Columbia Law School in 2027. Currently, she works at a international development consultancy, managing AIIB- and ADB-financed water and climate resilience projects.
