Mohammed Al Hadhrami is an Omani civil engineer, infrastructure planner, and youth leader working at the intersection of infrastructure, water, and sustainable urban development. He contributes to the planning of major national and coastal development projects in Oman, where his work involves long-term infrastructure planning, water systems, climate resilience, and coordination across government entities, utility providers, consultants, and other stakeholders. His work has shaped his belief that water is not simply an infrastructure service, but a foundation for how cities grow, economies develop, and communities become more resilient. Through his role, Mohammed also contributes to the implementation of Oman Vision 2040, with a particular interest in how infrastructure decisions made today can respond to future challenges such as water security, flooding, sea-level rise, and climate change. Beyond engineering, Mohammed is actively involved in youth leadership. He represented Oman as Youth Leader in the Ship for World Youth (SWY36) Program in Japan and currently serves on the SWY Oman board. He is also President of New Track Toastmasters Club and is involved in youth, community, and sustainability initiatives in Oman.
