Jin Tada
Student National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies
Jin Tada is an environmental policy expert focusing on the intersection of climate policy, technology, and youth empowerment. He is currently a candidate for a Master of Public Policy at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, with expertise in two minors: data science and international relations. Additionally, he serves as a joint researcher at the National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES), conducting research on science-based biodiversity and environmental education.He has a track record of providing evidence-based policy recommendations, having contributed to the drafting and review of over 50 policy recommendations and reports presented at United Nations conferences. Currently, as a youth representative for the Asia-Pacific region in a global youth network like UNESCO Groundwater Youth Network and UNESCO i-WSSM. And he serves as a the youngest reviewer for the IPCC AR7 WG1 and IPBES Annual Report and as a member of the CTBTO Youth Group, a World Bank Group Youth Ambassador, and a fellow in the ITU Generation Connect Youth Leadership Program, working to bridge the intergenerational gap across various fields from the perspectives of science, policy, and research in the Asia Pacific.
